SIGN IN ASSISTANCE

    If you do not see the PIN prompt window when signing in it may be due to one of the following issues:

  • You need to Install the Token/Soft-Token Software
    The software must be installed on each computer from which you plan to use your GoldKey ID.
  • Install Software for Windows     Install Software for Mac

  • Your Internet / network connection may be down Check your Internet / network connection and try again.
  • The PIN prompt window is behind your browser window
    This happens if you click on your browser while the PIN prompt is coming up. Minimize your browser or
    restart session (refresh) to view the PIN prompt window.
  • Configuration Issue with Network Firewall/Proxy Filter
    Check with your technology department for assistance.
